1 General Terms & Conditions

Xb8 (referred to herein as "the Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting provider. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of xb8's website, mobile app, and related services.

KYC Verification

Every account must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before a withdrawal can be processed. This requires uploading a clear photo of your National ID or passport. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and approved bank transfers.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Depositing funds in a third party's name or using borrowed money is not permitted.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Processing is usually completed within 24 hours, though it may take a little longer on bank holidays.

Anti-Money Laundering

4 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonus offers on xb8 come with specific terms and conditions. You must read the terms for each bonus before claiming it.

General Bonus Policy

• To withdraw bonus funds, you must first meet the specified wagering requirements.
• All wagers must be placed within the specified timeframe to meet the wagering requirement.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time.
• A maximum single bet limit applies when wagering with bonus funds.
• Bonus balance cannot be transferred to another person.

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10x — meaning you need to place bets totalling ten times the bonus amount before you can withdraw.

Promotional Offer Changes

Xb8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Users will be notified in advance of any changes to ongoing offers.

5 Betting Rules

Bet Acceptance

A bet is considered final only once it has been confirmed in xb8's system. Until confirmation is received, the bet is not considered placed. xb8 is not liable for unconfirmed bets resulting from network issues.

Odds Changes

The odds displayed at the moment you place your bet are final. In-play odds change rapidly, so they may shift before your bet is confirmed. xb8 will notify you of any updated odds.

Match Cancellation or Postponement

• If a match is cancelled, all bets placed on that match will be fully refunded.
• If a match is delayed by more than 12 hours from its scheduled time, the bet will be considered void.
• If one leg of an accumulator bet is cancelled, it will be counted as odds of 1.0.

Maximum Win Limit

The maximum payout from a single bet varies by sport and event, and is typically displayed at the time of placing the bet.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on xb8:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Misuse of bonuses or promotions ("bonus hunting" or "arbing").
• Bets linked to match manipulation or match-fixing.
• Placing bets automatically using software or bots.
• Placing bets using funds belonging to a third party.
• Attempting to access or hack another user's account.
• Exploiting any technical errors or glitches on the platform.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Xb8's Rights

Xb8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, without prior notice, particularly in cases of terms violation.

User Rights

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. After a closure request is submitted, your KYC-verified balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned within 7 business days.

Inactive Account

Accounts with no transactions for 12 consecutive months will be marked as inactive. A monthly administrative fee of ৳50 may apply to inactive accounts. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed.

8 Responsible Gaming

Self-Control Tools
